COMPÊNDIO DE AÇÕES ALUSIVAS A SAÚDE MENTAL COMO ESTRATÉGIA PARA PROMOÇÃO À SAÚDE

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE: To report the experience of Psychology professionals working in practical experiences during the month of January 2022 with the Janeiro Branco campaign. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a basic, qualitative and descriptive study of an experience report nature. In all, five actions were developed, with a varied number of participants and with an average duration of one hour for each meeting. Furthermore, the theoretical framework used in the practical approaches was extracted from a review, published internationally, which problematized the following survey: What is good mental health? The scoping review, ie, what is good mental health? Scope review. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The main results highlight that the actions were charitable, as most participants were unaware of the White January campaign. Therefore, from the holding of conversation circles, it was possible to empower the participants with knowledge about mental health and daily strategies for maintenance and care. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: This study brings up important limitations to be highlighted, such as the scarcity of national literature on white January. It is suggested that more productions be carried out in order to obtain data that can be compared.
